Embark on a transformative 7-day fasting retreat designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. Under the expert supervision of a nurse, this holistic program integrates fasting with mindful movement, educational enrichment, and experiences to foster personal growth and inner peace. Reset your body and mind with our transformative fasting retreat—boost energy, detoxify naturally, and ignite mental clarity in a serene setting. Retreat Schedule Day 1: Arrival & Orientation Afternoon Arrival and check-in. Guests settle into accommodations and meet the retreat team. Evening Welcome Circle & Program Overview. Light movement session to relax after travel. Day 2–7: Daily Flow Morning 7:30 AM: Guided sunrise stretch and meditation 8:30 AM: Nurse-led check-in and morning tea. 9:30 AM: Daily workout (low-intensity strength training or yoga). Afternoon 11:00 PM: A 3 hour daily walk discovering different locations each day. 3:00 PM: Massage and other treatments, Liver Pack, Relaxation Time, Journaling. Evening 6:30PM: Soup time 7 PM: Evening talk or discussion (possible guest speakers, group sharing).
